​Pilates Mat Class - Currently on ZOOM

The Pilates mat class will focus on developing a strong core, while improving flexibility, coordination, and balance.  Emphasis is placed on correct alignment, breathing, control, and concentration.

Pilates will enable you to lengthen and tone your muscles, decrease stress, improve your focus, and repair your body while improving posture.  Pilates enhances daily activities as well as sport performances.

All levels are welcome!  Proper modifications will be given when needed and props will be used to assist or add additional challenges.

​Barre Class - Currently on ZOOM

No need to have former dance experience!  Have fun at the barre with exercises that will tone your lower body as you use the ballet barre for balance.  Repetitive small movements combined with isometric contractions will build your endurance and raise the heart rate.  The upper body and core will be challenged and toned as well for a full body workout all done to upbeat music.  Instruction will focus on correct technique and alignment so you'll leave barre class with increased flexibility and better posture.
